Seattle loves ice cream!  Well, Seattle, you haven't really tasted ice cream until you've tasted Snoqualmie Gourmet, whipped up right here on the outskirts of the city by a guy named Barry (the Willy Wonka of ice cream) at his state-of-the-art ice cream factory in beautiful Maltby, WA.

Our freezer case is filled with 16 delightful flavors of Snoqualmie Gourmet, including several refreshing sorbets.  The flavors are rich and natural-real!  Who could pass up a taste of Skagit Valley Strawberry or Cascade Mountain Blackberry or Mukilteo Mudd?!

Yes, of course we have splits and sundaes and shakes and floats!  We even make our own waffle cones fresh every day!  While you're at it, try a homemade cupcake or a brownie or, perhaps, a cherry "handpie" for the road.  We have cookies and many more treats that go well with our fantastic house-roasted espresso-the java bean just doesn't get any fresher.  Lookin' for a spot to hang out in the afternoon or evening?  Pull up a chair and fire up your laptop.  We have free WI-FI, of course.

Mae's Ice Cream Shoppe is open ‘til 3 pm during the winter, same as the Cafe.
